Circling the Medicine Wheel
This playshop is an experiential day working with Medicine Wheel Energies and your Light Body energy.
The Native American Medicine Wheel is based on the perception that all things are related and must be in harmony for the earth to be in balance. It acts as a springboard of power that will allow you to connect with all the energies of the Universe.
All will participate in creating the Medicine Wheel and learn how to apply its energies to daily life through exercises and ceremonies.
These exercises and ceremonies will help get in touch with a directional totem, as well as gain knowledge and energy from the spirits of the wheel, which can heal both yourself and Mother Earth.
